NOTE-Shipper must certify on shipping orders and bills of lading at time of shipment that density is 6 pounds or greater per cubic foot and actual value does not exceed $6.00 per pound. If shipper fails to so certify density and actual value, item 182130, naming 'Tents or Canopies, NOI,' will apply.
