NOTE-Shipper must certify on shipping orders and bills of lading at time of shipment that the actual value of each rifle or carbine with telescopic sight does not exceed $200.00. If the shipper fails to so certify the actual value, the articles will be classed as mixed packages, per Item 640, Sec. 3(a), using items 69300, naming 'Firearms or Parts, NOI,' and 58290, naming 'Sights, telescopic, small arms.'
