NOTE-Provisions on solidified (hydrogenated) oils will apply when manufactured either by the cold press process or by the hydrogenation of vegetable oils or fish or sea animal oils; but will not apply on vegetable oil shortening in semisolid or plastic form. When shipped in drums, shipper must certify on bill of lading that the commodity does not consist of vegetable oil shortening in semisolid or plastic form.
