Notes
NOTE-Shipper must certify on shipping orders and bills of lading at time of shipment that the actual value per pound of the property does not exceed 25 cents. If the shipper fails to so certify the actual value per pound, the water meters will be classed per item 136980, naming 'Meters, water, other than flow, NOI.' The gas meters will be classed per item 136840, 136860, 136870 or 136880, all naming 'Meters, gas, NOI,' with the final determination of item dependent on the material construction of the gas meter.
