NOTE-Shipper must certify on shipping orders and bills of lading at time of shipment that density is 50 pounds or greater per cubic foot and that actual value per pound does not exceed $5.50. If the shipper fails to so certify both the density and the actual value per pound, item 133300, naming 'Machinery or Machines, NOI,' will apply.
