NOTE-Plastic outboard marine motor housings or shrouds, or tanks, fuel, outboard marine engine, sheet steel, 26 gauge or thicker, capacity not exceeding 6 gallons, may be included in shipments of metal parts provided the weight thereof in shipments of less than 24,000 pounds does not exceed 10 percent of the weight of metal parts or that the weight thereof in shipments weighing 24,000 pounds or more does not exceed 25 percent of the weight upon which charges are assessed.
