Notes
NOTE-Shipper must certify on shipping orders and bills of lading at time of shipment that the actual value does not exceed 50 cents per pound. If the shipper fails to certify the actual value, charges will initially be assessed under the provisions of item 118100. Upon proof of lower actual value, freight charges will be adjusted accordingly.
