NOTE-Applies only on kits to be distributed to hospital maternity patients which consist of a mixture of 10 or more advertising samples of the following: disposable diapers, toilet preparations, fabric softener, laundry soap, water softener, soap, shampoo, cotton swabs, baby wipes, towels or toweling, infant cereal, prepared baby food or baby care booklets or literature. Other articles may be included provided the weight of the other articles does not exceed 10 percent of the gross weight of the package.
